Matcha powder tastes vary depends on the brand. Add 1 tsp mix and taste first before you add the second tsp.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (355 degrees F).
Step 2
Sift All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Caster Sugar (1/2 cup) , Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Matcha Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , and Salt (1/2 tsp) into a large mixing bowl.
