Step 1
Defrost the Tyson® Chicken Breasts (6) at least partially in the fridge. Alternatively, to speed up the process, place the chicken on a baking tray and set your oven to the Defrost function.
Step 2
Combine the following ingredients for the marinade: Honey (1 tsp) , Salt (1/2 Tbsp) , Chinese Five Spice Powder (1/4 tsp) , Oyster Sauce (1 Tbsp) , Garlic (1 clove) , Fresh Ginger (1 tsp) , Sesame Oil (1 tsp) and Soy Sauce (1 tsp) .
Step 3
Season the thawed chicken by dipping the chicken breasts in the mix so that they are covered completely. Seal and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
Step 4
Preheat the baking tray to 200 degrees C with the Grilling function along with the oven. This ensures a crunchy outside and a succulent inside.
Step 5
Place the marinated pieces on the preheated baking tray to get a crispy texture.
Step 6
Unlike grilling on a pan, the Electrolux oven emits less heat. This means less smoke, making it easier to control inner temperature, resulting in the healthiest, juiciest chicken
Step 7
Combine benefits of grilling and oven fan. Set timer to 20 minutes and temperature to 220-230 degrees C.
Step 8
To know that the chicken is ready, pinch it with a toothpick. Use oven gloves to protect against high temperatures.
Step 9
Combine with roasted vegetables and rice for a hearty, healthy meal.
