If you are not using a cast-iron skillet, use an oven-safe skillet. Or, transfer the dip to an 8x-inch baking dish before baking.

In a large cast-iron skillet, cook the Ham (2 cups) in Butter (1 Tbsp) until browned. Set aside.

Add the Sharp White Cheddar Cheese (1 1/3 cups), Cheddar Cheese (1 1/3 cups), Monterey Jack Cheese (1 1/3 cups), Milk (1/4 cup), Frank's® RedHot® Sauce (2 Tbsp), Paprika (1/2 tsp), Butter (2 Tbsp) including the browned ham and Scallion (1 bunch) and stir well to combine.
