Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a large cast-iron skillet, cook the
Ham (2 cups)
Butter (1 Tbsp)
until browned. Set aside.
In the same skillet, slowly cook the
in the remaining butter until soft and caramelized.
Over low heat, stir in the
Cream Cheese (1 1/2 cups)
until melted. Add the
Sharp White Cheddar Cheese (1 1/3 cups)
Cheddar Cheese (1 1/3 cups)
Monterey Jack Cheese (1 1/3 cups)
Milk (1/4 cup)
Frank's® RedHot® Sauce (2 Tbsp)
Paprika (1/2 tsp)
Butter (2 Tbsp)
including the browned ham and
Scallions (1 bunch)
and stir well to combine.
Place skillet into the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until heated and bubbly. Serve warm with your favorite crackers or bread. Enjoy!
