Author's Notes

If you are not using a cast-iron skillet, use an oven-safe skillet. Or, transfer the dip to an 8x-inch baking dish before baking.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large cast-iron skillet, cook the Ham (2 cups) in Butter (1 Tbsp) until browned. Set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, slowly cook the Onion (1) in the remaining butter until soft and caramelized.
Step 4
Over low heat, stir in the Cream Cheese (1 1/2 cups) until melted. Add the Sharp White Cheddar Cheese (1 1/3 cups) , Cheddar Cheese (1 1/3 cups) , Monterey Jack Cheese (1 1/3 cups) , Milk (1/4 cup) , Frank's® RedHot® Sauce (2 Tbsp) , Paprika (1/2 tsp) , Butter (2 Tbsp) including the browned ham and Scallions (3) and stir well to combine.
Step 5
Place skillet into the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until heated and bubbly. Serve warm with your favorite crackers or bread. Enjoy!
