Cooking Instructions

1. 
Place Fresh Raspberries (3/4 cup) , Plain Yogurt (1/2 cup) , Raw Cashews (4 Tbsp) , Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder (1 scoop) , Medjool Dates (1) , and Non-Dairy Milk (to taste) into a high power blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
