Oven Roasted Radishes are a simple but delicious side dish that is easy to pair with any fish or meat dish.

Baby Red Radish
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Ground Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Baby Red Radish (1 bunch)
, cut them in half, and transfer them to a bowl.
Next season with
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and sprinkle with
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (as needed)
. Use your hands to toss everything together until radishes are well-coated in oil and seasoning.
Place the radishes on a parchment paper-lined tray and bake in the preheated oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 20-30 minutes. Toss them around halfway through.
Serve the radishes with fish or meat.
Cooking the radishes will remove their typical spicy taste.
