Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Wash the Baby Red Radish (1 bunch) , cut them in half, and transfer them to a bowl.
Step 3
Next season with Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and sprinkle with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (as needed) . Use your hands to toss everything together until radishes are well-coated in oil and seasoning.
Step 4
Place the radishes on a parchment paper-lined tray and bake in the preheated oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 20-30 minutes. Toss them around halfway through.
Step 5
Serve the radishes with fish or meat.
