Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Wash the Baby Red Radish (1 bunch), cut them in half, and transfer them to a bowl.
3.
Next season with Salt (to taste), Black Pepper (to taste), and sprinkle with Olive Oil (as needed). Use your hands to toss everything together until radishes are well-coated in oil and seasoning.
4.
Place the radishes on a parchment paper-lined tray and bake in the preheated oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 20-30 minutes. Toss them around halfway through.
5.
Serve the radishes with fish or meat.
Author's Notes
Cooking the radishes will remove their typical spicy taste.
