Step 1
Cook the
Bacon (2 slices)
over medium heat in a skillet until crispy, flipping halfway through cooking.
Step 2
Drain on paper towels and set aside.
Step 3
Spread
Unsalted Butter (1 Tbsp)
on one side of each piece of
Sourdough Bread (2 slices)

Step 4
Shred the
Jack and Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup)

Step 5
Sprinkle half of the cheese onto the unbuttered side of one slice of bread.
Step 6
Add
Guacamole (2 Tbsp)
and the bacon on top of the cheese.
Step 7
Top with crumbled
Tortilla Chips (1 Tbsp)
and the remaining cheese.
Step 8
Finally, top with the remaining slice of bread with the buttered side up.
Step 9
Grill over medium heat until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve warm and gooey.
