Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (2)
into bite size pieces.
Gnocchi (2.2 lb)
as per packet instructions. Once the Gnocchi come to float they are ready.
In a baking tray place a layer of
Tomato Passata (1 2/3 cups)
, then a layer of Gnocchi, a layer of Mozzarella, a few
Fresh Basil (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Garlic (2 cloves)
, and some
Parmigiano-Reggiano (2 cups)
Continue to build the layers until finishing with a layer of tomato sauce, Mozzarella and grated Parmigiano cheese.
Once all the layers are done bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until the top is melted and goldenly delicious.
