One of the easiest and delicious Italian recipes out there and so easy to make is unbelievable. This recipe has all the flavours of Italy in a delicious super rich Gnocchi bake. Melted Mozzarella and Parmigiano cheese, tomato sauce and soft Gnocchi, all in one pot. This is the perfect mid-week one pot meal and good to wallet too!

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Slice Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (2) into bite size pieces.
Step 3
Cook the Gnocchi (1 kilogram) as per packet instructions. Once the Gnocchi come to float they are ready.
Step 4
In a baking tray place a layer of Tomato Passata (400 milliliter), then a layer of Gnocchi, a layer of Mozzarella, a few Fresh Basil (to taste), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Garlic (2 clove), and some Parmigiano-Reggiano (200 gram).
Step 5
Continue to build the layers until finishing with a layer of tomato sauce, Mozzarella and grated Parmigiano cheese.
Step 6
Once all the layers are done bake in a preheated oven at 390 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until the top is melted and goldenly delicious. Serve and enjoy!
