In a blender or food processor add the Coconut Milk (1 2/3 cups), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), and Milk (1 splash) and blend.

Then add the Ice (1 cup) and blend.

Add the Sweetened Coconut Flakes (4 Tbsp) and blend for a few seconds.
