Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs

Marinara Sauce

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Olive Oil

Ground Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.
Toss the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (6) in Olive Oil (as needed) and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Place on a sheet pan. Bake 18-20 minutes.
3.
While your chicken is in the oven. Cook the Pasta (1 lb) and drain.
4.
Slice the Mozzarella Cheese (2 cups) into 6 slices.
5.
Pour half the Marinara Sauce (1 jar) over the chicken thighs. Top each with 1 slice of mozzarella and sprinkle with Grated Parmesan Cheese (2 Tbsp). Bake another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
6.
To a serving dish, add the cooked pasta. Top with the other half of the marinara sauce. Top with the chicken.
7.
Garnish with Fresh Parsley (to taste). Enjoy!
