Husk the Corn (3 ear) and cut off the cob.
Add your Heirloom Cherry Tomato (1 pint), Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (8 ounce), Corn, and Fresh Basil (1 cup) to a bowl. Dress with the Olive Oil (1/4 cup), White Wine Vinegar (1/4 cup), Salt and Pepper (to taste). Toss well to coat with the dressing.
