Cooking Instructions
1.
Bake the Sweet Potatoes (16 oz) until soft.
2.
Once cooked, peel and chop in small pieces.
3.
Place the potato in a board and mash with a fork.
4.
Once mashed add the Fresh Cilantro (3 Tbsp), Parmigiano-Reggiano (4 Tbsp), Salt (as needed), Cayenne Pepper (as needed), Smoked Paprika (as needed), and Lime (1/2).
5.
Transfer to a serving plate or bowl and serve. Enjoy!
