Despite this dish being the easiest recipe ever, it is gastronomically delicious, plus it only uses a handful of ingredients and requires no cooking skills at all. I prepare this dish quite often because of how easy and quick it is to make, but also because is gluten and wheat free, lactose-free and I can make the tomato sauce to my taste, which is the only cooking part of the dish.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven at 430 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.
In a baking tray or tin, add a layer of the Tomato Sauce (1 cup). Be sure it covers the entire base of the tray.
3.
On top of the tomato sauce, add the Tomatoes (1 cup) and then sprinkle some of the Dried Oregano (1 tsp) and Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp).

Then add a layer of Ham Slices (3.5 oz) being sure to cover all the tomatoes

On top of the ham add a few leaves of Fresh Basil (1 handful) These can be whole leaves or if you prefer you can finely chop them and sprinkle them on top.

Then add the Free Range Egg (4), adding one by one being careful not to brake the yolk.
7.
Sprinkle a pinch of Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) follow by placing a few leaves of Basil on top.
8.
If you choose to add the Parmesan Cheese (to taste), then sprinkle some on top of the Basil leaves
9.
Place the tray in a oven for 10 to 15 minutes until the egg is fully cooked and the cheese melted. If you prefer the cheese to be crispy, leave the tray in the oven for 5 minutes using the Grill function.
10.
Serve with a few slices of crusty bread and enjoy!
