Place Avocado (1/2) , juice of Limes (2) , Coconut Water (6 cups) , Honey (2 Tbsp) , Fresh Mint Leaves (2 Tbsp) , Ice (1 cup) , and Hydrolyzed Collagen (1 scoop) into a high-speed blender. Blend on high until fully combined.
