Author's Notes

Refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months. Slice before freezing then you can just pop it in the toaster from frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a standard-size loaf pan with parchment paper or grease with coconut oil.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine Almond Flour (2 cups) , Arrowroot Starch (1/4 cup) , Coconut Flour (3 Tbsp) , Baking Soda (1 tsp) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , Ground Flaxseed (2 Tbsp) , and Sea Salt (1/2 tsp) .
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine Eggs (4) , Filtered Water (1/2 cup) , Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp) , and Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tsp) .
Step 4
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir together.
Step 5
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until a fork inserted comes out clean.
Step 6
Slice and serve.
