In a bowl, add
Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)
Cream Cheese (2 Tbsp)
Coconut Oil (3 Tbsp)
. Mix well until smooth.
Stevia (1 Tbsp)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup)
Almond Flour (1/2 cup)
Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips (1/3 cup)
. Mix well until combined.
Using an ice cream scoop, portion out the mixture into balls. Roll with your hands to make nice balls.
Arrange the chocolate balls on a tray. Put into the fridge for 1 hour.
After an hour, your brownie fat bombs will be ready. Keep in the fridge in an air-tight container!
