In a small bowl, add Beet (1 cup), Horseradish (1 tsp), and Mayonnaise (1 Tbsp). Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Mix until well combined.

In a nonstick pan over medium heat, add Olive Oil (as needed). Next, add Snapper Fillet (1). Cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add Garlic Paste (1 tsp) into the pan. Flip the fillet and cook for another 2 minutes.

Serve the beet salad with fillet. Garnish with Baby Watercress (to taste) and Alfalfa Sprouts (to taste). Spoon over olive oil. Enjoy!
