Step 1
In a small bowl, add
Beets (1 cup)

Horseradish (1 tsp)
, and
Mayonnaise (1 Tbsp)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Mix until well combined.
Step 2
In a nonstick pan over medium heat, add
Olive Oil (as needed)
. Next, add
Snapper Fillet (1)
. Cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add
Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
into the pan. Flip the fillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the beet salad with fillet. Garnish with
Baby Watercress (to taste)
and
Alfalfa Sprouts (to taste)
. Spoon over olive oil. Enjoy!
