In a medium bowl, mix Instant Chocolate Pudding (1 pckg) and Milk (1 3/4 cups). Beat with a whisk or hand mixer until thickened.

In a medium saucepan, bring the Guinness® Stout Beer (1 can) to a boil on medium-high heat. Boil for 15-20 minutes, or until the liquid is reduced to a 1/2 cup.

Remove from heat and stir in 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (1 cup) until completely melted. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat Cream Cheese (1 cup), Butter (2 Tbsp), and Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/2 cup) with a hand mixer until smooth.

Now take out your shot glasses and start layering. Add about 1 teaspoon of crushed Oreos first, then add about 1 teaspoon chocolate cream mixture and continue layering until shot glass is full, ending with the crushed Oreos on top.
