Cooking Instructions
1.
Assemble ingredients. Put ice in cocktail shaker.
2.
Add Peychaud's Bitters (2 dashes) and Fresh Blueberries (10) to a low ball glass.
3.
Muddle!
4.
Juice Lemon (1/2) and add to cocktail shaker.
5.
Add Rum (1.5 fl oz) to cocktail shaker and stir with bar spoon.
6.
Pour chilled rum and lemon into low ball glass. Add a few pieces of ice or strain completely -- your choice!
7.
Top with ginger Ginger Beer (to taste), garnish with lemon wedge, and serve!
