Step 1
Peel and chop the
Cassava (1)
in quarters or eighths.
Step 2
In a pot with boiling water cook the cassava until soft.
Step 3
Once the cassava is cooked remove from the water and leave to dry out.
Step 4
In a deep fry pan, add
Vegetable Oil (as needed)
and leave to warm up but not to reach a smoking hot temperature.
Step 5
Add the dried cassava and fry until golden brown.
Step 6
Once golden brown, remove from the oil and place them over kitchen paper to absorb the extra oil.
Step 7
Serve immediately with
Salt (to taste)
and some
Feta Cheese (to taste)
over it.
