Preheat your oven to 550 degrees F (290 degrees C).

Prepare your Pizza Dough (10 oz). Divide the dough into 4 balls, quarter each of the 4 balls, then cut in half again (each ball gives you 8 pieces). Roll each piece into a circle. Pinch the edges to form triangles. Place on a baking sheet.

Top each with a piece of the Mozzarella Cheese (1 1/2 cups) by ripping/smushing into small-medium pieces.
