Yellow Bell Peppers
Wash and drain the Butter Lettuce (1 head) and pat dry with paper towels.
Make the dressing by combining the Vinaigrette (to taste), Green Peas (to taste), Fresh Cilantro (to taste), Red Onions (to taste), and Yellow Bell Peppers (to taste) to a bowl. Add the Octopus (to taste) and mix well.
Plate the dressed lettuce, top with the marinated octopus. Serve and enjoy!
