To make the dressing, mix the White Balsamic Vinegar (1/2 cup), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup), Whole Grain Mustard (1/2 tsp), Garlic Paste (1/4 tsp), Maggi Seasoning (1 dash), Kosher Salt (to taste), and Cayenne Pepper (to taste). Whisk until emulsified, check and adjust to taste.
