Cheddar Cheese , grated

Cooking Instructions

In a large fry pan over medium-high heat, add Bacon (6 slices) , Onion (1) , and Garlic (2 cloves) . Stir for 1-2 minutes, or until onions start to soften and bacon has a bit of color.

Add Lean Ground Beef (1.1 lb) , Ketchup (2 Tbsp) , Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Cook until beef is browned, about 4-5 minutes.

Add Beef Stock (4 cups) . Bring mixture to a boil.

Add Pasta (1.1 lb) and stir to combine. Cover, reduce temperature to low, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until pasta is cooked through.

Add Cheddar Cheese (3 cups) and Milk (1/2 cup) . Stir through until cheese is melted.
