Heat Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp) in a medium pan over medium-low heat. Add White Onion (1) and sauté for about 15 minutes until caramelized and browned. Set aside.

In a medium-size bowl, whisk together Vegan Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), Ketchup (1/2 cup), Dill Pickle Relish (4 Tbsp), Yellow Mustard (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1/2 tsp), and Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tsp) to create the Animal Sauce. Refrigerate.
