Vegan French Onion Dip

This vegan version of the Ruffles French onion dip is mouthwatering and super easy to make! Dip your favourite chips and veggies, and enjoy at your next party or movie night. Vegan party food has never been easier.

Ingredients

2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 1/2 cup diced Onion
3/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 1/2 cup soaked Raw Unsalted Cashews
1/2 cup Water
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Ground White Pepper
3/4 cup Vegan Mayo

STEP 1
In a saute pan over medium heat add Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), heat and add Onion (1 1/2 cup), and Sea Salt (1/4 teaspoon).
STEP 2
Cook the onions until they are caramelized, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
STEP 3
Drain & rinse the Raw Unsalted Cashews (1 1/2 cup) well. Blend with Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Water (1/2 cup), Lemon Juice (1 teaspoon), Vegan Mayo (3/4 cup), Garlic Powder (1/4 teaspoon), and Ground White Pepper (1/4 teaspoon).
STEP 4
Mix in the cooked onion or blend on slow speed.
STEP 5
Refrigerate and stir again before serving. Serve with potatoes chips of your choosing and enjoy!
