Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cube the Butter (1/4 cup) (2 ounce). Peel, pit, and slice the Peach (2). Add Dried Cherry (1/4 cup) and Amaretto (2 tablespoon) to a small bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds to warm, and set aside to allow cherries to plump.
Add Brown Sugar (1/4 cup), All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup), Oatmeal (1/4 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon) and Salt (1/4 teaspoon) to a small bowl. Toss to combine. Add butter and rub in with your fingers until well mixed. Add Sliced Almonds (1/4 cup).
Stir until combined, then set aside. Melt Butter (2 tablespoon) in a small cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add peaches, amaretto soaked cherries, Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon) and Corn Starch (3/4 teaspoon). Cook for 2-3 minutes until liquid thickens slightly.
Remove pan from heat and divide crisp mixture in chunks on top of peaches. Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from oven and cool for 5-10 minutes before serving with Ice Cream (to taste). Enjoy!
