Challah Bread
1
Granny Smith Apple , thinly sliced
2 cups
Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
to taste
to taste
Brown Mustard
to taste

Author's Notes

A sourdough or honey wheat would be incredible. Those leftover burger buns wouldn’t ruin this sandwich either. You can save sandwiches in the fridge in an airtight bag for up to a day before grilling.

Directions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Slather one side of each slice of Challah Bread (8 slices) with Brown Mustard (to taste) .
Step 2
Sprinkle with Monterey Jack Cheese (2 cups) . Add 4-6 slices of Granny Smith Apple (1) to each respective sandwich.
Step 3
Drizzle Honey (to taste) on top of apple slices.
Step 4
Top with second slice of bread and press sandwich together. You can save sandwiches in the fridge in an airtight bag for up to a day before grilling.
Step 5
To grill, place a large pan over medium-low heat and coat the bottom of the pan with Butter (to taste) . Fry the sandwiches for about 1-2 minutes on each side, adding more butter as needed.
