Slather one side of each slice of Challah Bread (8 slice) with Brown Mustard (to taste).
Sprinkle with Monterey Jack Cheese (2 cup). Add 4-6 slices of Granny Smith Apple (1) to each respective sandwich.
Drizzle Honey (to taste) on top of apple slices.
Top with second slice of bread and press sandwich together. You can save sandwiches in the fridge in an airtight bag for up to a day before grilling.
To grill, place a large pan over medium-low heat and coat the bottom of the pan with Butter (to taste). Fry the sandwiches for about 1-2 minutes on each side, adding more butter as needed.
