Step 1
Cut the Watermelon (1) so you have 1 cup of the flesh and 1 cup of the rind.
Step 2
Blitz watermelon, Fresh Strawberries (1 cup) , Honey (1 Tbsp) , and Lemon Juice (1 tsp) in a blender until completely smooth. If you notice your blender isn’t breaking down the rind completely, just pour the finished smoothie through a wire mesh sieve to strain out the larger bits.
