Silken Tofu

Step 1
Cut the Silken Tofu (1 pckg) into two and slice off the sides.
Step 2
Place tofu on to a scraper and in between a pair of chopsticks. So you'll not cut the tofu through the end.
Step 3
Gently cut the tofu in thin slices.
Step 4
And cut into thin strips.
Step 5
Then gently slide the tofu down into a serving bowl.
Step 6
Pour hot soup into it. You can make any clear soup you like.
Step 7
Use a pair of chopsticks and gently spread out the tofu strips and it is done. Enjoy!
