Step 1
Add Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) , Dark Rum (1 1/2 Tbsp) and Triple Sec (1 1/2 Tbsp) to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cook for an additional minute or two until liquor reduces by about 1/3 and mixture becomes syrupy.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss Pineapples (1 cup) , Oranges (1 cup) , and Peaches (1 cup) with the syrup. If you want a more pronounced liquor flavor, add up to an additional tablespoon of each liquor and toss again. Chill.
Step 3
Combine the fruit mix with Triple Sec (1/2 cup) , White Rum (1 cup) and Dry White Wine (3 cups) together in a pitcher. Chill for several hours. Serve as is, or with a splash of Carbonated Water (to taste) if desired.
