In a medium saucepan, blend Granulated Sugar (2 cups), All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup), Instant Espresso Powder (1 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2/3 cup). Add Evaporated Milk (12 fl oz), Water (1/2 cup), and Butter (2 Tbsp).

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce begins to bubble and thicken, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp). Serve alongside the dessert of your choice, and enjoy!
