Step 1

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)

Tahini (2 Tbsp)

Salt (to taste)
, and a dash of
Chili Powder (to taste)
into a food processor.
Step 3
Pulse until you get a cream. Add just enough
Water (as needed)
to reach your desired consistency. Adjust with salt, if needed.
Step 4
Transfer your hummus into a serving bowl and enjoy with crackers or sticks of fresh veggies.
