Step 1
Rinse the Lupin Beans (1 cup) several times under running water, then let them soak in filtered water for about 12 hours, this will help eliminate all the salt.
Step 2
Next, place lupin beans, Lemon (1/2) , Sun-Dried Tomatoes (8) , Capers (1 tsp) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , Tahini (2 Tbsp) , Salt (to taste) , and a dash of Chili Powder (to taste) into a food processor.
Step 3
Pulse until you get a cream. Add just enough Water (as needed) to reach your desired consistency. Adjust with salt, if needed.
Step 4
Transfer your hummus into a serving bowl and enjoy with crackers or sticks of fresh veggies.
