Mix the Self-Rising Flour (1 1/2 cup), Cayenne Pepper (2 teaspoon), Salt (1 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon) together and prepare the Water (2 cup) in a bowl.
Dip Medium Shrimp (0.5 pound) into the water, then coat with flour. Repeat twice for each shrimp. Repeat the same process with the Soft Shell Crab (6).
Place a sufficient amount of Frying Oil (to taste) into a pot over medium high heat. Deep fry in a pot until golden brown and set aside to drain excess oil.
Cut French Bread (2 loaf) in half and spread Tartar Sauce (2 tablespoon) on one side. Top with Tomato (1) and Salt and Pepper (to taste). Top with Lettuce (1 head).
Top the two buns with your fried shrimp and/or soft shell crab.
Top with other half of bun and enjoy!
