together and prepare the

in a bowl.
Step 2
Dip
Medium Shrimp (8 oz)
into the water, then coat with flour. Repeat twice for each shrimp. Repeat the same process with the
Soft Shell Crab (6)
.
Step 3
Place a sufficient amount of
Frying Oil (as needed)
into a pot over medium-high heat. Deep fry in a pot until golden brown and set aside to drain excess oil.
Step 4
Cut
French Bread (2 loaves)
in half and spread
Tartar Sauce (2 Tbsp)
on one side. Top with
Tomato (1)
, Salt,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and
Lettuce (1 head)
.
Step 5
Top the two buns with your fried shrimp and/or soft shell crab.
Step 6
Top with other half of bun and enjoy!
