In a large pan, heat Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) over medium-high heat. Add Soy Curls (5 cups) and cook until health through and slightly charred for 5-8 minutes.

Transfer soy curls to a large bowl and toss with Barbecue Sauce (1/4 cup). Set aside.
