Cooking Instructions

In a large pot, add Water (3/4 cup), Salt (1 pinch) and the White Rice (1 cup) and place on low heat.

While the rice is cooking, peel an Orange. Make sure to peel as little of the white pith as possible since it will give your pudding a bitter flavor.

Once the rice has cooked a bit, add the Milk (4 cups), Evaporated Milk (2 cups), Orange (1), Cinnamon Stick (1), and the Cream (2 cups).

After 10 minutes, remove the cinnamon stick and orange peel. Let it all cook together for about 2 hours on low heat.

About 10 minutes before removing it from the stove, add the Butter (4.5 oz), Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/4 cups), and the Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup).

Stir constantly for the last 5-10 minutes until all the ingredients have mixed in completely.

Place the rice pudding in a container where it can cool off and sprinkle Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (to taste). Optionally, you can add some sugar on top and blow torch it to create a nice crust. Serve and enjoy!
