Step 1
Remove the crusts from the
Whole Wheat Bread (2 pieces)
.
Step 2
Spread a layer of
Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp)
on one slice.
Step 3
Add some
Shredded Cheese (2 Tbsp)
and place the two slices of bread together.
Step 4
In a bowl, beat the
Egg (1)
,
Milk (1 Tbsp)
,
Vanilla Extract (2 dashes)
, and
Salt (1 pinch)
together.
Step 5
Soak both sides of bread in the egg mixture.
Step 6
In a pan over medium heat, heat a good layer of
Vegetable Oil (as needed)
. Cook on each side until golden brown.
Step 7
Transfer into a plate and top with some
Unsalted Butter (to taste)
. Serve with either
Maple Syrup (to taste)
or condensed milk. Golden syrup works well too!
