Spanish omelette! My favourite! It is not just an omelette with potatoes, every omelette is different! The taste is so good, and you can eat it any time, for breakfast, for a quick lunch, in a sandwich, for dinner, any occasion is perfect!

Cooking Instructions
1.
Peel and slice the Potatoes (4).
2.
Warm the Sunflower Oil (as needed) and add the Garlic (to taste), Onion (1), and the potatoes, when the potato gets soft drain carefully and season it with Salt (to taste).
3.
Whisk and season the Eggs (10) and add the potatoes.
4.
On the sauté add two spoons of olive oil and when it gets hot add the mix, remove it little bit and leave rounding with the spatula.
5.
Lay a flat pan lid or a plate on top and invert the tortilla. Add more oil to the pan if needed, and slide the tortilla back into the pan, cover and finish cooking until set and lightly brown, about 3 minutes more.
6.
Serve and enjoy!
