Baked Parsley Trout makes the perfect meal. It's simple and easy to prepare. The dish is coated with parsley and breadcrumbs, flavored with butter and lemon, and seasoned with sea salt flakes. Super tasty and highly nutritious.

, peeled, thinly sliced
Sea Salt Flakes
In a small bowl, mix together
Fresh Parsley (1 bunch)
Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
. Pour on a tray.
Whole Trout (2)
on both sides with
Butter (3 Tbsp)
and season inside and out with little
Sea Salt Flakes (to taste)
Preheat the oven to steam bake at 230 degrees C (450 degrees F). Lightly butter a baking tray with
Butter (3 Tbsp)
. Roll trout in breadcrumb mixture and place on a buttered baking tray.
Press a few parsley stalks in the cavity of each trout with a couple of
. Ensure the white pith is removed from the lemon, to avoid a bitter flavor.
Bake trout on shelf 3 (middle of the oven) for 15 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with
Mashed Potatoes (to taste)
