In a small bowl, mix together
Fresh Parsley (1 bunch)
Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
. Pour on a tray.
on both sides with
Melted Butter (3 Tbsp)
and season inside and out with little
Sea Salt Flakes (to taste)
Preheat the oven to steam bake at 230 degrees C (450 degrees F). Lightly butter a baking tray with
Softened Butter (3 Tbsp)
. Roll trout in breadcrumb mixture and place on a buttered baking tray.
Press a few parsley stalks in the cavity of each trout with a couple of
Lemon Slice (1/2)
. Ensure the white pith is removed from the lemon, to avoid a bitter flavor.
Bake trout on shelf 3 (middle of the oven) for 15 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with
Mashed Potatoes (to taste)
Salad (to taste)
