Chaca (Seafood Spread)

Chaca is common in the north of Spain. We use it in sandwiches, omelets, as a tapa on bread, and even stuffed in roasted sweet peppers.

Ingredients
- Serves 2 +

400 gram Mayonnaise
1/2 thinly sliced Sweet White Onion
to taste Salt

STEP 1
Boil water with some Salt (to taste). Once boiling, add the Egg (1) and boil for 10 minutes.
STEP 2
Finely chop the Imitation Crab (400 gram).
STEP 3
With a fork and knife, chop the boiled egg.
STEP 4
Mix chopped imitation crab, chopped egg, Mayonnaise (400 gram), Sweet White Onion (1/2) and Canned Tuna (1 can) in a bowl.
STEP 5
Serve it however you want, here I have spread it on some toasted bread. Enjoy!
