These Apple Cinnamon Bliss Balls are healthy snacks, gluten-free, dairy-free and with no sugar added. All you will need are a few simple ingredients!

Natural Peanut Butter
or Almond Butter or Cashew Butter
or Almond Flour
Quick Cooking Oats
White Sesame Seeds
Ground Cinnamon (1 Tbsp)
and cook it in your microwave for 3 minutes or until soft.
Once soft, smash with a fork. Stir in the
Natural Peanut Butter (2 1/2 Tbsp)
Hazelnut Flour (1/4 cup)
Quick Cooking Oats (2/3 cup)
Roll out the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into
White Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp)
. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
