Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a large bowl, stir together the All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 3/4 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (15 tablespoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), and Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
Pour in Water (1 1/8 cup), Apple Sauce (1/4 cup), and Canola Oil (1/2 cup). Mix until well blended. Spread evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a small bowl, stir together the Cream Cheese (8 ounce), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (3/4 cup), and Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon). Microwave on high for 10-15 seconds, or until soft and easy to pour.
Pour evenly over the brownie batter. Drop Nutella® (6 tablespoon) by the spoonful on top as well, and make swirls in the batter with a knife. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
