Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). In a large baking dish, evenly spread Bread Pieces (1 loaf).
2.
Top with Apples (4), Walnuts (1/2 cup), and Dried Cranberries (4 Tbsp). Sprinkle with Ground Cinnamon (2 tsp) and Ground Nutmeg (as needed).

In a bowl, combine Non-Dairy Milk (2 cups), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), and Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (sponsored) (8). Pour this mixture over the top of the ingredients in the baking dish.
4.
Drizzle with Maple Syrup (3 Tbsp) and sprinkle with Oats (1/2 cup) and Coconut Sugar (3 Tbsp).
5.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
6.
Remove from oven. Spoon into dish and top with Coconut Whipped Topping (1 can).
Author's Notes
Refrigerate any leftovers and reheat in the oven for 10 minutes before serving.
