Author's Notes

You can also add carrots (cut into approximately 1/4-inch pieces) as they will have the same cooking time as the Brussels sprouts and contribute so much flavor!

Cooking Instructions

Hide images
step 1
Melt the Butter (4 Tbsp) in your wok over medium-high heat.
step 2
Add the Brussels Sprouts (7 1/2 cups), then stir-fry to coat the sprouts in the melted butter.
step 3
Pour Water (1/2 cup) over the sprouts. Stir occasionally, allowing the water to evaporate (about 8–10 minutes). The water will help steam the brussels sprouts so that they are perfectly cooked on the inside.
step 4
Once you see that the water has evaporated, spread the brussels sprouts into a single layer in your wok, then allow the sprouts to sit untouched for about a minute.
step 5
Stir, then let it sit untouched for another minute to caramelize even more of the sprouts.
step 6
Add Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Simply Organic Garlic Powder (to taste). Serve with your favorite main dish. Enjoy!
