Quickly burn the Pork Legs (1.1 lb) skin, wash with water.

Prepare a hot pan with Cooking Oil (2 Tbsp). Add Onions (4), Chili Pepper (1), Wild Ginger (1 Tbsp), and Dried Chili Peppers (5).

Slice Pickled Mixed Vegetables (1.1 lb) into pieces and reserve 500 milliliters of the pickled water. Put pickled vegetables into the hot pan.

Add pickled water into the pan, add pork leg, Water (43 3/4 cups), Vegetable Stock (2 cups), Peanuts (3 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1 tsp), Vietnamese Spice Blend (1 tsp), and Fish Sauce (1 Tbsp). Mix well then simmer for 45 minutes.
