Cooking Instructions

Slice Eggplant (1) into strips, fry in a hot pan with cooking oil.

Remove the bone of the Bone-In, Skin-On Chicken Leg Quarter (1). Cut the chicken meat into pieces, then add Fish Sauce (1 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1 tsp), and Chili Powder (1 tsp).
3.
Prepare a hot pan with Cooking Oil (1 Tbsp), Garlic (2 cloves), Fresh Cilantro (2 sprigs), then add chicken and fried eggplant. Add Vietnamese Spice Blend (1 tsp) and Peanuts (10 tsp) and stir to combine.
4.
Serve in a bowl topped with Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and Ground Coriander (to taste).
