1 bunch
1/2 cup
Red Onions , chopped
1/3 cup
to taste
1 Tbsp
Creole Seasoning
Any seasoning
2 cloves
Garlic , minced
1 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp

Directions

Step 1
Chop the Broccoli (1 bunch) .
Step 2
Chop the Red Onions (1/2 cup) .
Step 3
Mince the Garlic (2 cloves) . Chop the Baby Bell Peppers (1/3 cup) .
Step 4
Season Tilapia (2 pieces) with Creole Seasoning (1 Tbsp) .
Step 5
Melt Butter (2 Tbsp) in a skillet.
Step 6
Place tilapia, broccoli, sweet mini peppers, red onion, in the skillet and cook on medium high for 5 minutes or until done.
Step 7
Pour Lemon Juice (to taste) over fish and add Worcestershire Sauce (1 tsp) to veggies.
Step 8
Take out tilapia and place on a dish. Then pour the cooked veggies over the fish. All done!!
