In a pot, combine
Water (1/2 cup)
Fresh Orange Juice with Pulp (1/2 cup)
Bourbon (2 Tbsp)
, and white
Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup)
. Stir and cook until it dissolves at medium low heat.
Frozen Cranberries (3 1/3 cups)
and bring to a gentle boil for 10 minutes. You will hear the cranberries pop.
, add the zest to the pot, and stir everything together.
Serve warm or let the sauce completely cool. If not serving right away, refrigerate the sauce until ready to serve.
